R904 PUBLIC ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOL EVENTS
The Board establishes the following regulations with respect to attendance at school events which are designated as open to the public. District students will continue to be covered by applicable codes of student conduct at all times.
Members of the public who attend school events are required to follow all rules and regulations posted or otherwise in effect at the school or other location where the school event is taking place. Violations of Board Policy and any accompanying Administrative Regulation, posted rules/regulations, and any applicable law or ordinance shall be grounds for dismissal from the school event without a refund, if applicable. The District reserves the right to notify law enforcement of any such violation and request assistance in handling such violation to the extent necessary.
